First parking to the water and with lovely views of Aarhus, this lovely two room apartment is rented in the house of AARhus, designed by architect Bjarke Engels. The apartment contains living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and the most lovely southwest facing terrace. We have cared for details in the apartment so that it can be the setting for lovely days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Ø. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and town within walking distance. There is a parking basement in the house.

Small gallery apartment, 30 m2, 385 cm to the ceiling. Access to the loft is on a ladder to the only sleeping area of 160 x 200 cm. The apartment can only be used for fully mobile and NOT for the elderly, children/infants. Owner is a visual artist and exhibits visual art on the floor and walls. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults who want to eat out and need a place to stay. The area is tempting with lots of cultural experiences as well as restaurants, drinks and wine bars. Walking distance to most things.

The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

The cosy marina and the popular outdoor harbor swim are just next door, and a 15 min walk will bring you to Aarhus downtown. Parking is in the basement.

Your summerhome in Århus Ø

The accommodation has a great location, quiet and quickly connected to the center. The view with a generous view of the sea is fantastic, especially with the beautiful balcony! In the kitchen you have everything you need for cooking. It is modern and very clean. We personally only lacked a way to darken the bedroom, but otherwise we are very satisfied and would come back anytime!

A wonderful apartment for high standards. With four people, we felt completely comfortable. The amenities are perfect. The garage space in the house with an elevator exit is very convenient. And Jan is very helpful and always available. The new seaside district is excellent to explore on foot and there are shops right outside the door. In addition, bus 3a stops right in front of the house and takes you directly to the city. You start the day in the morning with the view of the museum harbor and end it with a phenomenal view of the evening sunset. We want to come back.....

We had a great stay. The place is beautiful and as in the pictures. The area and the nearby beach is amazing. Anna was a great host and the communication was flawless. Thank you very much!

We stayed in Odder during New Year's Eve and had a really wonderful time! Marie was a very kind and welcoming host and gave us lots of helpful hints. The garden, house and being this close to the sea are definitely worth a visit.

A lovely place with many activities for big and small. Amazing views throughout the house! Lovely area close to beach, swimming pool and activity hall. Kate was a proactive host who made sure we were well dressed for the stay. All in all, recommendable.

I did not meet Hélène but she responded very quickly to all my requests and questions. Her instructions were very clear. The neighborhood is a bit far from the historic center, about 20min walk. However, I consider this new neighborhood to be: proximity to the sea, chic, full of activities. If I went back to Aarhus, without hesitation, I would go back to Hélène's place.

We had a nice few days at Michael's quaint and cozy house. It's in a beautiful location, close to the beach and easy to get around the region. We really enjoyed the house, amenities and the well equipped kitchen!

A beautiful located apartment in Arhus Ø with a wonderful view into the bay. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, the living room is spacious and the balcony great. A bakery is 3 minutes away and enough choice of restaurants close by. You can walk into the city center in 10-15 minutes. Henrik explains everything well and reacts fast. A plus for us was the underground parking space. Would enjoy coming back!

Our stay at this Airbnb was beautiful! Lone's house is very nice, tastefully decorated and clean. We particularly liked the quiet location and the beautiful garden. Our host was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. She welcomed us warmly and was always helpful and available throughout our stay. She always responded quickly and gave us great tips for things to do nearby.

Have enjoyed lovely days in a lovely house in a great location. It must be one of Denmark's best views from the living room. Lovely close to good beach. And beautiful sunsets over Aarhus. Definitely recommend the house, which is very cozy and nice.
