The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.

Bright, quiet surroundings, enclosed, cozy courtyard, four-winged farmhouse from 1825. Independent apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, extra bedroom and bathroom. No more than 5 minutes from a wonderful beach, scenic coasts, a local harbor and a restaurant/smokehouse. Lovely peaceful and clean idyll. We have had a bed & breakfast since 2003. The accommodation is not recommended for those with mobility issues.

Det indeholder stue, fire soveværelser, ekstra stue med sovesofa samt køkken og et badeværelse. Udenfor findes overdækket terrasse og stor græsplæne.
