The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.
