The flat has been recently and totally renovated. The rustic stone walls and antique ceiling beams have been exposed and carefully restored on both levels. Modern design elements and understated hip luxury integrate with the buildings original features to make this flat the perfect city escape for the discerning traveler. The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

At equal distance from Saint Germain des Pres and Montparnasse, and the fashion boutiques of Sevres Babylon, on the 3rd floor of the elevator, very bright, located on a quiet street and on an old convent garden. Completely renovated in 2018 it was treated as a charming junior suite hotel. All equipment is new. Designer furniture in the living room, large TV screen and beautiful antique fireplace. My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage.
