This 67 m2 loft has been fully renovated by a French architect. The high ceilings with wooden beams and the waxed concrete floor make it unique. It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Very quiet accommodation on a courtyard, on a peaceful street, in the heart of the Parisian ecosystem: a short walk to Rue de Trévise. Less than a 20-minute walk: the Louvre, the Tuileries, the Seine, the Opéra Garnier, department stores... Within a 5-minute walk: metro lines 7, 8 and 9. Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord are within a 15-minute walk.

You will be like in a hotel suite with the charm of a real Parisian home.
