Studio de 20 m2 refait à neuf avec balcon sud sur la Tour Eiffel et 2 double lits, au cœur du XVème dynamique, à 10 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel et à quelques mètres du métro : notre studio de famille fait partie d'un immeuble 70's, construit par notre grand-père paternel ! Possibilité de louer une place de parking pour 20€/jour-100€/semaine. Possibilité de dépôt des bagages avant le check-in (15h-20h pm) et après le check-out (8h>10h am) pour 5€/valises. Nous avons hâte de vous recevoir !

My friendly cat Truman lives in the apartment. I speak English, French, Russian.

Jolie vue sur le haut de la Tour Eiffel. Appartement au sixième et dernier étage (petit ascenseur, non adapté PMR). Idéal pour vivre une expérience typiquement parisienne, dans un quartier vivant et commerçant. Proche Opéra (10 mn en métro), proche Beaugrenelle , proche Porte de Versailles (20 mn à pieds).
