Kid-friendly vacation rentals in 15th arrondissement

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

It was a very nice clean place with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, you have several shopping options close by. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Charles was an amazing host, he let us check-in earlier than usual and left very clear instructions. The apartment was great, we were four people but even though the apartment is small we were able to move around well. No weird odours and everything was clean. The bed is very comfortable! Amazing! My mom and I stayed for four nights. This is my first trip to Europe.. I expected self check-in, but it was a way of handing over the keys in person! I arrived late due to the evening schedule, but I was able to check in safely because Patricia waited for me. First of all, this house is so, so, so pretty!! All spaces are clean and sunny. Morning and night, I was wowed.. I wanted it to be my home… Most🥹 of all, the host patricia is very kind and sweet~~ There are grocery stores (though they close early..), subway, and bus stops nearby, and it was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood! But I was bad at opening the door, so I had a hard time in the beginning of the trip, but... two and a half times! Turn and tap once more in that direction! Then, the door opens with a familiar handwriting... I can't forget the pride I felt when I mastered this. Thanks to you, I used it well in Nice too~ I was just disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the accommodation because I was working hard to pick up the tourist spots in Paris. It's a place I really want to come back to. I don't think it's just because of the high ratings.. If you're thinking about it, book now!!

What an amazing stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated with stunning artworks that added so much character to the space. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responded very fast. The location is also fantastic, with so much to explore nearby. We really appreciated the recommendations for local restaurants and bakeries. Highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

What a beautiful Airbnb with a great views. It was very cozy and welcoming. The room was clean and well appointed with an espresso machine and basic personal care supplies like shampoo, soap, dish soap, etc… I would recommend this place.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

One of the best experiences I have had on Airbnb. The apartment was modern, clean, and stocked with everything you may need. Best of all, it had the most stunning panoramic views of Paris. Mickaël was very responsive and flexible, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
