Condo vacation rentals in 12 South, Nashville

Truly loved our stay! Pool was wonderful and never packed. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook dinner every night! Would definitely book again if going to Nashville! The Publix being a 2 minute walk was so convenient!

We had a great stay at Nora’s! There were three of us and plenty of room. Nora is an excellent host and a fantastic communicator. Replied extremely fast and gave super clear instructions on how to get inside. Neighborhood was perfect - about a 30 min walk to Broadway and only a few mins from The Gulch. Quick uber trip to Downtown. We liked walking during the day and taking a rideshare back at night. Would absolute recommend if you’re coming to town - would definitely stay here again. Thanks Nora!

The location is borderline with not the best area in town. (We didn't have any issues though) Well located, super close to Bicentennial park and Germantown and minutes from Broadway. Ray and his wife were super helpful with many local tips we took them. The place was renovated and super well equipped. THNX for the early check in. Recommended. Nadir

We enjoyed the condo and it was exactly as described. We attended a week-long event working long hours and the condo was a short drive to and from the event location and a comfortable, safe place to sleep each night. Parking was always easy. We had no problem getting dinner delivered to our door several nights. James quickly responded when we asked to extend our stay by one night, and check-out was easy with no long list of chores for us to do before leaving. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet place to sleep while visiting Nashville.

The reviews were right on. Cute decor. Spacious. Comfortable beds. My husband wants to know the brand of the King size mattress. Closets were so big could use it as another bedroom…lol… It was convenient and perfect for our family. Was in Nashville for CMA fest. Close enough to walk but don’t recommend it after a long day at the concerts and night doing stairs at the bars. Having the kitchen saved us a ton of $ on food. There were more amenities in the place than listed on line. I wouldn’t have brought as much stuff if I had known. Quick responses when I had questions. It was a great stay and I’d definitely stay again. Extra notes: It didn’t bother us but since it was CMA Fest don’t expect the quiet time. It got quiet around 2:30/3 AM. Again, we didn’t care. One issue for us was the weed smell. Even with all the signs no smoking or vaping. Chalk it up to CMA Fest. It is smoke free and people should respect that. Great place, great location. Kristen’s apartment was super modern, clean and nicely furnished. There were perks like having a washer with detergent and assorted coffees, teas and snacks. The location was decent and there is a dedicated workstation and parking space.

Perfect spot for CMA Fest! We often walked to and from all the events from Broadway to Nissan Stadium. Perfect place to get some work done in the morning over coffee on the balcony, or in the living space with plenty of natural light, and then right in the action for the evening. We would definitely book again. Had everything we needed.

Kim er en fantastisk vert! Han svarer raskt og er hyggelig. Han er veldig gjestfri, fleksibel og løsningsorientert. Leiligheten er gjennomført til fingerspissene og inneholder alt du trenger. Sovesofaen i stua gjorde at vi fint kunne bo der 7 personer. Basseng og treningsrom som er et stort pluss. Hadde lett kommet tilbake! Leiligheten kan virkelig anbefales videre.

This condo was the cherry on top of our Nashville trip. Tucked just far enough from the downtown noise, but close enough for a cheap Uber ride to Broadway, this place hit the sweet spot between comfort and convenience. Inside? Spotless. Stylish without trying too hard. The bed was ridiculously comfy (like, we looked up the mattress brand), the towels were plush, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras stood out: blackout curtains for sleeping in, a Bluetooth speaker for our own pregame playlist, and a list with actual local places (coffee & donut spots, hot chicken spots, rooftop bars, and sweet tooth spots). Way better than Googling aimlessly. The host? Super responsive and genuinely thoughtful. They even were able to remotely unlock the unit after were locked ourselves out. That kind of attention goes a long way. Bottom line: This isn’t just a place to crash between bar-hopping and brunch. It felt like home. We’ll 100% book again.

The place was great! Very clean and within walking distance to downtown. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Don's place in Nashville was the perfect base for my 5-day stay in Nashville. Close to some of the best restuarants and sight-seeing places in the city, but still retaining the peace and quiet required for a remote-working location. The condo described/illustrated as per the listing description and pictures, and Don's communication was top-class. Would highly recommend to both tourists and remote-workers alike.

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Beautiful place! Went for a weekend trip and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Gulch and even Broadway. Very close to 12 South/Hillsboro shopping area as well. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the Guitar pool was a nice touch! Thank you!!

The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and was very close to broadway about a 10 min walk. Yvonne was very responsive and tentative to us and I highly recommend.
