Tons of shops, restaurants, farmers market, coffee shops, bars, and more are only one block away on 12 South Ave. We actually live next door and will be available for help in any way. Set in the trendy 12 South neighborhood, the house is only one block away from the diverse restaurants, indie boutiques, hip bars, and coffee houses that line 12th Avenue South. Downtown’s iconic nightlife and dining scene is 13 minutes away by car. Parking is free and available. Music Row is a 5 minute, as is Belmont and Vanderbilt. The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.
