A colorful, renovated non-smoking apartment with separate entrance for you. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 square meters). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Welcome to our beautiful, ground floor apartment "Salon" in Petersfehn. The apartment was completed in April 2019 and impresses with its cozy character on the ground floor. The modern maritime furnished apartment has two bedrooms. Outside there is a playground for holiday children in front of the house and in our courtyard on our mussel bed a large table and a cozy beach chair for our guests. The kitchen was renovated in Nov 2024.

City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
