The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

It is located on the upper floor of a detached house and can be reached via the external staircase (private access). The washing machine is in the private bathroom. Sleeping accommodations are located in the spacious bedroom (double bed, space for a children's travel bed), passage room (extra bed) and in the living/bedroom (sofa bed, 2 people).

As you know, the best comes last and finally we can look forward to this great new addition. Somewhat hidden, at the back of the farmhouse, is the apartment Kayhausen. Here we have set ourselves the goal of integrating the typical features of a farmhouse, such as the small mullioned windows and ceiling beams, into the overall picture in the best possible way. Katteker is Low German, means squirrel and here the name says it all, because these and many other wild animals can be best observed from the living room with a vintage sofa. The apartment is located on an old farm in the landscape conservation area with good access to cycling and hiking trails.
