The apartment is located on the third floor of a small apartment building and consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In addition, the apartment has a great roof terrace with views over the city and a lockable garage. Nearby are the thermal baths, the city center, grocery stores, a pharmacy, several restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlors, cafes, tennis court ... Ideal starting point for walks and excursions.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!

A special apartment is our "Heuboden Apartment with a view of the hayloft from Wiglhof". It is approximately 40 m² and accommodates 1-2 people on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a spacious living and sleeping area with a 1.60 m large ZIRMBETT for restful sleep. A generous kitchen-living area with an electric stove and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, with a cozy seating area and satellite TV.

From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
