The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. Large nice apartment. In the living room comfortable couch with large flat screen TV. Kitchen fully equipped, including coffee machine (Melitta solo). Beautiful spacious bathroom with large shower. A highlight is the very large, partly covered roof terrace overlooking Lake Störmthal with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

Historic loft with your own kayak

Stay in an extraordinary Leipzig industrial monument: The 97 m² gallery loft stretches over two levels and impresses with almost six-meter-high ceilings, large window facades and an open-plan living and dining area. Located right on the water, it combines historic industrial architecture with modern living comfort. A highlight is the private boat dock. From here, you can explore Leipzig's waterways with our two-person kayak, which is available for a small surcharge.

Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Whether by bike, on foot or by car, you can reach Lake Cospuden, Lake Markkleeberg and Lake Störmtal in a few minutes. The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

Our newly renovated 60 m² apartment with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower and spacious dining room/kitchen is available as accommodation from 1.6.2025. Lake Zwenkau is just about 650 yards away, and the unique Zwenkau riparian forest basically starts right at your doorstep.
