Mein 400jähriges Haus, auf dem Fundament eines Römer-Turms erbaut, war früher Teil eines Schlosses und ist voller Geschichte, Bücher, Kunst, Musik, Inspiration und Liebe. Willkommen im «The Artist's Castle», meinem Schloss Kunterbunt. Hier trifft Geschichte auf good vibes. Atme durch, sei du. Du willst kreieren? Atelier und Werkstatt warten auf dich. Mit Blick auf den Fluss in meiner historischen Oase im mittelalterlichen Eglisau.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

On a slight slope and not far from the city of Lucerne, you can look out from the 2nd top apartment in the evening at the sea of lights below and during the day at Lucerne's local mountain Pilatus and Malters LU Zentrum. Located in the middle of Switzerland, you can enjoy both city and country, in a safe environment. With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

«Mein Refugium», ein Tiny Rundholzhaus der besonderen Art. Das Rundholzhaus, welches komplett in der Schweiz erdacht, geplant und gebaut wurde, steht seit diesem Sommer im Ybrig (SZ). Sauna, Hot Pot, Holzfeuerküche, Terasse mit Weitblick – eine luxuriöse Unterkunft für zwei ausgestattet mit den besten Schweizer Produkten (von der Bettwäsche bis zum Geschirr) und mitten im schönen Ybriggebiet gelegen. Noch nie war Zurückziehen fortschrittlicher.

The house proudly bears its age, but is very well maintained and stylishly furnished: Here you will find soul instead of sterile perfection. Patina and small traces of time are part of the charm. Thanks to the extensive renovation in 2021, you can still enjoy modern standards. Perfect spot for family gatherings or a getaway with friends.

High Quality Apartment with private SPA

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Neue Unterkunft in Mehrfamilienhaus, Baujahr 2018 mit privatem Eingang zum Untergeschoss. Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

Spacious studio between airport and city

Our studio is located in the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in closet provides plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bath completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio has a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

One Bedroom Senior, Kitchenette

This modern 1 bedroom apartment is a perfect choice for 1-2 people. The living area is furnished with a cozy sitting corner, a dining table and a fully fitted kitchen. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a modern glass sliding door and tempts with a comfortable double bed and flat screen TV. The adjacent bathroom also features a sliding glass door and offers a shower or bathtub, hand towels and hairdryer.
