Relax at our peaceful place in Küsnacht. With a pool, sauna and a gym. The apartment is close to nature, you’ll have all it needs to recharge. Zurich city is just a 15 min commute by train + 5min bus ride . Küsnacht is known as the Gold Coast of Zurich with upper class vibe, also beautiful sunsets and located right at the lake Zurich. Our place is bright with a lot of sun all day! Nature is at your doorstep: hike the magical Küsnacht Tobel (gorge) with small waterfalls just around the corner!

This modern studio is arranged in a comfortable and practical manner. Double bed invites for a good night’s sleep, the built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space and a working desk helps to stay productive and organized. The separate bathroom with a shower features hand towels, a hair dryer.The kitchenette consists of an electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge and microwave. A full meal can be prepared in the shared kitchen with numerous cooking stations located on the 7th floor.

Studio Senior, Kitchenette

This modern and spacious studio offers comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area includes a cozy sitting corner, flat-screen TV, dining table, and work desk. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic stove, microwave with grill and baking functions, coffee maker, and kitchenware. Guests can relax in a comfortable double bed and enjoy a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, toiletries, towels, and hairdryer. Available in Asian or Mediterranean style.

Private Spa Savon Noir

Treat yourself and your loved ones to a break in the unique and spacious private spa in Zurich. A wellness suite just for you on over 80 square meters with a hot tub, Finnish sauna, steam bath, open shower, tea kitchen with refrigerator, lounge, two cozy loungers and a cozy bed 160 x 200 cm. All in the same room. The entrance area can also be used as a terrace at the same time and has a small table and two chairs, here you can smoke comfortably.

Spacious studio between airport and city

Our studio is located in the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in closet provides plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bath completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio has a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

Room under the roof with a rich breakfast

The apartment is in a quiet residential area but the city center can be reached very quickly by tram, bus or train! Stop in 3‘ walking distance, the lake is also within 3‘ walking distance. Restaurants and grocery stores are close! Tram no. 11 takes you directly to the main train station; tram no. 15 goes to Central. The Tiefenbrunnen train station (to the airport!) can be reached on foot in 8 minutes or by tram 11 & 15 in two stops.

Welcome to the LUX Private Spa Our "Private Spa" offers all amenities on 120m2 to let your soul dangle. Enjoy a bath in our whirlpool, a sauna, the refreshing rain shower and discover our range of peeling and face masks. Relax in our relaxation area, in the lounge or in the large bed. Drinks and light meals are also provided. You can enjoy this unique experience in a private setting just for yourself.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish studio in the middle of the city, with a shared roof terrace on the 5th floor, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness in the gym Holmes Place in the same building, costs for my guests 35 CHF/day, -4th floor private parking space, No. 144 costs 35 CHF/day, you can go directly by elevator to the 3rd floor in the studio, -2nd floor is the laundry room.

Acasa suite

Acasa suite features a king or twin bedroom with a separate living room and a fully equipped kitchenette. It includes a Nespresso machine, microwave, sofa bed, 50 inch flat TV, and free wifi. A rain shower bathroom with hairdryer is also available.
