Our studio is located in the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in closet provides plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bath completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio has a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area but the city center can be reached very quickly by tram, bus or train! Stop in 3‘ walking distance, the lake is also within 3‘ walking distance. Restaurants and grocery stores are close! Tram no. 11 takes you directly to the main train station; tram no. 15 goes to Central. The Tiefenbrunnen train station (to the airport!) can be reached on foot in 8 minutes or by tram 11 & 15 in two stops.

We warmly welcome you to our tiny Garden Studio in a leafy, enchanting flower garden in the heart of Zurich. This quiet oasis is just a three-minute walk from Schaffhauserplatz, where there are numerous trams, buses, shops, a pharmacy, cafes and restaurants.
