Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. Het is een gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.
