Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located accommodation. Our lovely Cottage is located in the middle of the polder in a quiet park. The thatched cottage is located almost at the end of 1 of the access paths and is therefore really wonderfully quietly situated! The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy, but due to the open character you do not feel trapped. Go out during the day, hike, bike, visit Gouda, and at the end of the day have a drink on your own terrace by the water.

Big familyhouse near a beach, 30 minutes to center

Het is een gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

Rural guesthouse, close to Rotterdam

Behind our farmhouse is a separate guest house on our property. The cottage is quiet and rural, but centrally located in terms of surroundings. It is complete, for max 2 people, with privacy and free view at the back of the cottage on a meadow, where in the summer regularly some cows of the neighbors walk and in the winter sometimes some sheep. Our farm is no longer in operation; we only have chickens (which walk freely around the yard) and there are a few rabbits and carrier pigeons.

Peaceful House Close to Rotterdam

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Want to stay centrally in an apartment in the old village center of Moordrecht? Cycling through the lowest polders of the Netherlands or by ferry to an empty hinterland? Within 20 minutes of cycling, a cup of coffee on the Grote Markt of Gouda? In 20 minutes by train from Gouda to Rotterdam, The Hague or Utrecht and in 45 minutes to Amsterdam: Moordrecht=central! This small but nice home is suitable both as a vacation home and to stay for a slightly longer period (max 3 months).

This cottage is not suitable for noisy guests and groups of friends who are looking for a base for parties. In addition, the cottage is also not suitable for guest workers. Please note! The upper floor has a low ceiling.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
