The price includes private parking, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.

Our Sunset Oasis apartment is located in the small village of Prizna on the Kvarner Bay. The apartment is located on the first line of the Adriatic Sea. The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.
