In San Vincenzo on the Tuscan coast in a slightly hilly area – 1.3 km from the beach – between the green olive trees and cultivated fields. The Villa Oliveta agriturismo offers a large apartment for 9 people with a beautiful view that ranges from the countryside to the sea. From the house, which is slightly on a hill, you can enjoy a wonderful view that embraces all the hills up to the sea and the surrounding islands. The center and beaches can be reached in just a few minutes.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

Nestled in the Tuscan countryside, 2 km from the beaches of San Vincenzo and close to the Gulf of Baratti, the apartment in the turret of a farmhouse offers an exclusive and relaxing stay. Garden view, well-kept and bright rooms, terrace and shared pool make the experience unique. Casa del Poggio, with a beautiful sea view

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Sea view penthouse with 130 sqm terrace

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.

Our house, fresh from a renovation in 2024, combines the charm of history with modern comfort in 90 m2 all on one level. Every detail has been designed to give you a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where tradition meets well-being: exposed wooden beams, ancient decorations patiently brought to light by me... and the principles of Feng Shui guide the design, colors and arrangement of the furnishings and rooms.
