Apartment vacation rentals in Zola Predosa

We spent the Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is unpaved, but easy to travel and worth it for the tranquility that is found. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the patio covered with curtains that shelter you from the sun and wind, perfect for outdoor breakfast or lunch. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is nearby if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature!

A short but very pleasant stay. The house is located in the center of the village... the house is very nice, nothing was missing... a detail that is not insignificant, the well-kept garden with lots of greenery, which is nice... a stone's throw from the house, a large park, also very well-kept... I think then you get to the abbey of Monteveglio... next time we would go... thank you Alberto for the hospitality...

Absolutely must-see experience. Convenient reserved parking! Beautiful accommodation, super clean and very spacious...! It felt like you were at home. Equipped with all comforts...! Also a vacuum cleaner and washing machine. They are also very attentive to recycling! Host Chiara is super caring and attentive...! We will definitely be coming back!

Maria Grazia's place was one of my best Airbnb experiences. First, the kindness and professionalism of the host were remarkable, with care about aspects all around the accommodation, such as transport, highlights to visit, information about restaurants, and so on. Also, very clear and honest rules of accommodation, with no surprises, which made me feel safe. Second, the pristine state of the apartment. Thoroughly cleaned and with care. I am certain I will prepare this place when I visit this area again.

This was my second time staying here - both times for two weeks. It was just as lovely as I remembered! So comfortable and roomy and has everything I needed! Bed is wonderful and the patio is truly special. Thank you Paola for another amazing visit!

We had a great stay at this property. After traveling for three weeks, it was so nice to enjoy spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and modern amenities! Very beautiful and private gardens with easy parking. The elevator was very convenient for the bags. Our host was friendly and made useful recommendations. I would highly recommend this property which is convenient to Bologna, but without all the traffic and difficulties of staying within the old city. Also very convenient to Modena where we enjoyed a balsamic vinegar tasting and visits to Ferrari and Lamborghini. If you’re driving from Milan to Bologna and have an interest in boats, the RIVA factory is along the route and you can see some of the most beautiful yachts in the world.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

This is a great apartment for a couple, with a lovely view from the balcony! It’s walkable to the very centre of Bologna and I would recommend it.

This place is in a very busy neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. But also the apartment was very quiet in spite of the loud street outside. I slept heat and loved having the nightlife nearby. Walking to central Bologna was easy and about 12-15 minutes from the flat.

Amazing host and an amazing place to stay at. Went for one night because of the concert at Unipol Arena. 30min walk to the Unipol, and 8-12mins walk from nearest bus / train stations. I suggest keeping in touch with the host about apartments whereabouts. The map pin is not 100% accurate, but wasn’t difficult to find with host’s instructions. Nearby small shopping mall with a big super market came in as a great help, as there is no smaller stores nearby. Peaceful neighborhood and beatifull apartment. Thank you Attilio!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Giulia. The apartment was very close (2 minute walk) to the train station which meant we could go on a day trip to Venice. However, to Bologna city Centre it is around a 20-25 minute walk, so be prepared for lots of walking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the boiler taking a while to heat water for showers and the toilet was very slow to fill with water so often had to flush with a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Overall a very nice apartment.

We spent a stay of one in Graziana's apartment in Casalecchio! The apartment was cozy, clean and well furnished, perfect for relaxing after Vasco's concert. Graziana was very kind and helpful, she gave us great tips about the area and made us feel at home. The location is convenient, close to transportation and amenities. I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking for a comfortable and cozy place for a special event like a concert. We will definitely be back

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS location! Bars, restaurants and cafes were right outside of the front door. If you want to be in the heart of old town, in the most superior location, you need to stay here. We would definitely come back.

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
