Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Schwimmteich der nicht eingezäunt ist. Unmiitelbar nach der Anreise ist eine Ortstaxe von € 2,50 pro Person und pro Nacht ab 16 Jahren zu entrichten.

Auf Grund der positiven Erfahrungen als Airbnb Hosts, haben wir 2020-2022 den kleinsten Stadl auf unserem Grundstück in ein Tinyhouse umgebaut. Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden! Klidné místo s parádním výhledem. Velká garáž k dispozici. Instrukce od hostitele jsou zarážející. Vraťte klíč od boxu nebo dostanete pokutu, vytřiďte odpad nebo dostanete pokutu. Ještě předtím než přijedete zařadil Vás hostitel do příslušné kategorie hostů. Je to stejné jako kdyby recepční v hotelu při check-in řekla předpokládáme že ukradnete ručníky a počítejte se sankcí. Vyplňování údajů do formuláře je také otravné, většinou jsou to údaje, která má hostitel od airbnb k dispozici.

Die gemütliche Blockhütte hat alles, was man braucht. Nina und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und perfekte Gastgeber. Ich konnte sogar draussen Harfe spielen, ohne zu stören. Und ich habe mich gefreut, eine Klangmassage Praktiker - Kollegin zu treffen und natürlich gleich die Gelegenheit genutzt, auch selber mal wieder eine zu bekommen. Ich komme sicher wieder, um die herrliche Ruhe und den Wald zu genießen.
