Really cosy place, quiet and peaceful. Quality build, great toilets, windows & blinds, total fit out. Parking was a tad challenging as arrived late on a Saturday and house lots and street parking were all pretty full. Other than that, a great stay.

A beautiful apartment above the rooftops of Nuremberg with a breathtaking roof terrace! The apartment is very spacious, modernly furnished and simply invites you to have a good time. The only small disadvantage that you should be aware of is that you have to go up some steps and floors before you get to this great apartment.

The apartment is super nice, beautifully decorated and has a great roof terrace. In case of problems, Joanna and her partner were directly available and helpful. We would recommend the place without hesitation.

We stayed a couple of nights at Hedwig’s place and were very happy with the accommodation and the beautiful location couldn’t have been more private and peaceful. Hedwig met us for check in and although we couldn’t speak the same language we got a thorough tour and knew exactly where things were. Hedwig’s husband bought us some bread for the kids to feed the deer which was so lovely. Hedwig recommended a restaurant up the road so we gave that a go and it was delicious. Messages were always responded to very quickly and we were very happy. The beds were comfy too!

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

We felt right at home here. We enjoyed relaxing and using the barbecue in the private backyard. Michael was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a very nice short vacation with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the nearby area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen are easy and quick to reach from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with a lot of natural wood furniture. A nice change is the gander Gustav, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you wish. In the village, there is a good restaurant and in the surrounding villages, you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

We were on site with two small children. So the large garden with the many play equipment (swings, slide, trampoline, sandbox, ...) as well as the chickens and adjacent paddock with horses were very well received. There are also some toys available in the accommodation. At any rate, there was no boredom at any time. Just perfect for a break with your family. And otherwise, the furnishings of the accommodation leave nothing to be desired. A lot of what we had brought with us was actually already available on site (salt, pepper, tabs, ...). Communication with Birgit in advance and during the stay was also very pleasant - helpful and informative. For beer lovers, the region is of course beyond any doubt. Paradise on earth. Tip: the Pottensteiner from the Mager Brewery. In short: we will be happy to come back!

My stay at Johannes’ place was truly wonderful and comfortable in every way. The house was spotless and well-organized upon arrival, with great attention to detail. The furniture was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful—it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication was smooth, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploring the nearby area. We had a very nice time in this great house! Very modern, nicely decorated and equipped with everything. We also liked the surroundings at Lake Brombach very much - a beautiful large swimming lake with numerous beaches, many different activities (bicycle, wakeboard, beach volleyball, aqua park, etc.) and restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back. :)

The place is in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. The apartment is stylishly furnished, it leaves nothing to be desired. I felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, you can only use the sauna from a five day booking. I can recommend the apartment and would love to come back.

Everything is available, everything is neat, very good shower and well-equipped bathroom. Plenty of towels and soaps. Big terrace. So just positive comments.

We had a wonderful family time at Lisa's. Everything was as in the photos and she is very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

Perfect spot for our trips into Erlangen & Nuremberg, supermarket up the road is in easy walking distance, 254 bus stop just around the corner for Erlangen and the beer festival.

Beautiful large apartment and great hosts. In wonderful weather, we were able to use the beautiful and well-maintained garden, which was the highlight for our two-year-old son. Ralf was super friendly, accommodating and flexible and also his parents very friendly, helpful and gave our son a lot of fun and joy. All in all, a great experience and an unreserved recommendation. The apartment has everything you need and we were proactively offered, just to ask if we were missing something for cooking, etc. Thank you and happy to come back anytime!
