In short: secluded location, high-quality renovation, mountain view, absolutely quiet. Welcome to the Voss house on the rooftops of St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountain climbing village at 1,128 meters in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienzer Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a magnificent secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with two additional beds. Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Mountain hut with beautiful view and sauna

We offer our approximately 250-year-old hut for your own use. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Holzhutte Andrea

This natural house in Mörtschach, which is 100% self-sufficient in energy, was completely newly built in 2015 and is located in a sunny, quiet place. You live in the freestanding chalet all alone, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very nicely furnished. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is closed all around, making it also great for families with children!

Unwind and enjoy the beautiful, untouched nature of East Tyrol with all your senses. Just be and stay human! Whether winter or summer. Boredom - no way, there is so much to discover, what more could you ask for? And in addition, the sunny city of Lienz can be reached in just 12 minutes by car.

Experience the unique charm of a traditional house! Our cozy room in an old hotel is classically decorated and offers a wonderful view of the main square. The amenities are older but well maintained and exudes a nostalgic atmosphere. There is a cafe in the house – ideal for a coffee break. Thanks to the central location, restaurants and transport are within easy reach.

Kraßhof - Farm Stay in Eastern Tyrol

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
