The apartment had everything you needed. Rooms great, each has its own bathroom, everything was very clean. The apartment is ideally located to reach many excursion destinations within a very short time. We (4 adults, 4 children) enjoyed it very much!

Felix and his family have created a true oasis in the middle of the Black Forest. A place of rest that is perfect for slowing down and recharging. Pure idyll, only green in front of the window. In bad weather, the cozy, lovingly furnished apartment invites you to make a fire, read, cook and look out the window. In good weather, everything is open to you in the middle of the Black Forest. In 10 minutes by car to Himmelreich and then 15 minutes by S-Bahn you are in beautiful Freiburg. We enjoyed the 10 days and especially the bad weather days. Thank you dear Felix for sharing this wonderful place with other people.

We stayed at Maria's for the second time and were thrilled again. The apartment is super clean, nice and large and communication with Maria was also very relaxed this time. The apartment is well-equipped and check-in has become even easier compared to 2023. We will be happy to come back a third time.

We are very happy with the spacious and cosy apartment overlooking the beautiful village and hills! Would highly recommend it as a perfect spot to discover Schwarzwald from!

A wonderful and clean vacation home and you feel right at home. A beautiful view of Switzerland and the beautifully landscaped gardens all around. The rest there is very relaxing. This apartment is an absolute dream! As soon as you arrive, you will be enchanted by the charming atmosphere, the stylish old house. The location is wonderfully embedded in nature, surrounded by tranquility and a magnificent view that takes your breath away every morning. The decor of the apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail, which immediately makes you feel at home. Everywhere you can feel how much passion has been invested here. The host welcomed us with her warm and caring manner and completely enriched our stay. Thank you for this wonderful time-we are guaranteed to come back!

The apartment is very spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean and very well equipped. The beds are also great to sleep in. :-). Public transportation and shopping facilities are easily accessible. With the guest card, you can travel for free in a relatively large area. We made extensive use of this. Communication with Marie-Anne went well. Thanks for having us. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

All around perfect❗️ We felt very comfortable right away, it was just exactly as described and the contact with Martin was straightforward and very friendly. The location allows you to see many beautiful surrounding places. Waterfalls, ruins, cities and Switzerland. We would love to come again.🙂

A beautiful apartment right in the heart of the Black Forest! ❤️-you will be welcomed with two delicious fir fishes and a bottle of water. The kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired,everything you need. Even the Starbucks capsules for the Nespresso machine;) The sauna is the absolute hammer and lets you relax after a long hike. Also mega pleasant,the rain shower and all the small "gifts" in the form of cream and soaps that are in the completely new and modern bathroom. Radiator with boost function,so that the towel is also plumply warm after showering. There you can only fall into the king-size bed super relaxed and fall asleep in front of the huge TV. This is a beautiful, sunny apartment. The host is friendly and proactive. I really enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is located in a complex with several apartments with good parking. The apartment has everything you need and I felt very comfortable! You can reach everything in the village on foot. The WiFi is not very good (there are occasional interruptions), but sufficient. I can definitely recommend the apartment. The landlord is not very quick to respond to questions. It is best to clarify everything important about the check-in (apartment number and key code) with him 1-2 days in advance.

For lovers of small towns and very calm and quiet holidays. You won't find any nightlife or any urban bustle here. In general, this is what we were looking for.

Wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, the accommodation was very clean and very functional. Pierre was very nice and gave us plenty of activities to do that were great! I highly recommend this listing!

Nothing short of amazing! It was an absolute delight to stay at Steffi’s place for our 2nd year anniversary celebration and we were greeted by not just a friendly and cheerful host personally at the door but probably the most stunning view of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Steffi herself to the time to meet us, give us some very nice tips which added that much more to our experience of the area. The apartment was clean and everything was catered to so you had the feeling you were pampered all the time. Even though there is a bus connection, we were fortunate to be able to get there by car which made the place very accessible to us and helped us visit Bern and other cities quite easily. Although, a great hike is only a stone’s throw away with some wonderful trails already starting as you step out the door. We would give Steffi more than 5 stars if we could and would be more than happy to recommend her place! :)

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

This is by far the cleanest B&B I’ve ever stayed in – absolutely spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked with seasonings and a variety of beverages. Both the living room and bedroom were tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom and toilet were supplied with high-quality cleaning products, including disinfectant wipes, which was a lovely touch. Although the parking space is a short walk away, it was still acceptable. One pleasant surprise was the presence of a lift in the building, which made access much easier. It would be even better if there were a clothes rack in one of the rooms, but overall, everything was very well arranged. The host was extremely helpful, and all instructions were clearly communicated. The location is excellent – right in the city centre, making everything very convenient. The only thing to get used to was the spiral staircase, but it added character to the place.

Absolutely charming! Can't wait to come back.
