The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Ferien am Bauernhof - das Gaferlgut in Bruck Zwischen Pinzgauer Grashügeln und den Hohen Tauern Zwischen den Urlaubsregionen Zell am See und Kaprun, liegt zentral und doch inmitten in der Natur, in der Grossglocknergemeinde Bruck das Gaferlgut Ihrer Gastgeber Familie Hans Hutter. Unsere gemütlichen Wohnungen sind für 2 bzw. 4 Personen eingerichtet. Sie wurden kürzlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Wertschätzung für den Charakter des ca. 600 Jahre alten Bauernhofs renoviert.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Geldautomat, Busstation. Kostenloser Skibus nach Kaprun nur 300m entfernt. Die neue Areitbahn mit Schischule ist nur 700m entfernt und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The cosy flat is located in the district of Schüttdorf (Zell am See) and offers space for up to 4 people. It has a large balcony, a laundry room, a parking space. The Areitbahn ski lift, supermarkets & restaurants are within walking distance. (10-12 mins) The bus stop to Zell/Kaprun is directly in front of the accommodation. There is a train station & bike path directly behind the flat (5-10 min walk). The lake is a 12-15 min walk or 5 min drive away.

The holiday home Schwalbennest for 3-5 persons with 2 sleeping rooms is situated in the 1st floor of the "Zuhaus" across from the Saalhof Castle; our wellness area (shared with other guests from the Castle) is in the ground floor. A bright, stylish and new apartment with beautiful view of the castle - equipped with natural materials and wood - made by hand by our Carpenter. Zell am See is 3 km away, Saalbach-Hinterglemm 10 km.
