We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Ruim appartement met een prachtig uitzicht

Appartement 'Manggeihütte Top 1' is een ruim appartement in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Het appartement heeft een ruime woonkamer met een slaapbank, open keuken en balkon op het zuiden. Op dezelfde verdieping vind je een aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een badkamer met douche en toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoendrogers. Er is ook een wasruimte en een sauna, waar in overleg gebruik van gemaakt kan worden. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Wintergarten am wunderschönen Thiersee. Entfernung zum See 2 min. Ein Spaziergang um den See dauert ca eine halbe Stunde ( 2km). Es befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz in 500m Entfernung. Supermarkt und Pizzeria 1km entfernt. Viele kleine Wanderungen bis hin zu schwierigen Tagestouren sind vom Haus aus machbar. Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Unsere Ferienwohnung für 2-3Personen mit dem Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, 100 m vom Zeller See mit privatem Grundstück. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer wird sowohl auch als Schlafzimmer genutzt. Dort befindet sich ein gemütliches Sofa mit Sessel und einem Doppelbett. Die separate Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein großer Balkon mit einem schönen Blick.

Apartment Schulzimmer is situated in the historic Moarhaus Chalet next to Castle Saalhof and our farm. It used to be a classroom 100 years ago. It is situated in the ground floor and completely wheelchair accessible. Apartment Schulzimmer offers a double room and a kitchen with sofa which can be converted into a double bed 165 x 200 cm. Enclosed is our big garden with playground. Lake Zell and the ski resort Saalbach are only 10 minutes away.

Wunderschön gelegene, urig eingerichtet Wohnung, mit privatem Zugang zum Badesee. Wahnsinns Umgebung für wanderfreudige. Wir haben 3 Tage mit unserem Hund dort verbracht und sind voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Tolle Hütten mit leckerem Essen und immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir kommen wieder.

God central beliggenhed, tæt på busstop/skibus med kort afstand til liften. Vi boede i lejligheden med vores barn på 1 år, hvilket fungerede super godt, på trods af trapper op. Lejligheden har to altaner, hvor den ene har sol det meste af eftermiddagen når der er solskin. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen næste gang vi skal til Kirchberg 😊
