Natürlich exklusiv nur für Sie - das ganze Haus für Sie alleine! Skibus zum Wildkogel: nur 50m entfernt! Sie haben 2 Schlafzimmer mit Möglichkeit ein Kinderbett beizustellen. Cozy 40m² apartment in the beautiful district of St.Georgen, 5662, Weberweg 7: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen with dining and living area and pull-out sofa, balcony & wood stove. Ski areas, toboggan runs, Zell am See, Kaprun can be reached in no time by car. Mountains, as well as alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. You can spend wonderfully relaxing winter evenings in front of the wood stove. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Apartment Bergkristall - 50 m² with private entrance

The apartment is located in the district of Schüttdorf/Zell am See in a quiet side street. A private parking space is right in front of the entrance. The entire living unit is on the ground floor, and a private front garden invites you to relax outdoors. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATM, bus station. Free ski bus to Kaprun is only 300 meters away. The new Areitbahn gondola with ski school is only 700 m away and is within walking distance.

The cosy flat is located in the district of Schüttdorf (Zell am See) and offers space for up to 4 people. It has a large balcony, a laundry room, a parking space. The Areitbahn ski lift, supermarkets & restaurants are within walking distance. (10-12 mins) The bus stop to Zell/Kaprun is directly in front of the accommodation. There is a train station & bike path directly behind the flat (5-10 min walk). The lake is a 12-15 min walk or 5 min drive away.

Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

Willkommen im Lakeside Penthouse 16 – nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt und 2 Minuten vom Zeller Strandbad entfernt! Im Winter erreichen Sie den Schilift in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Genießen Sie den traumhaften Seeblick direkt vom Penthouse aus. Ein freistehender Parkplatz sowie eine großzügige Garage stehen zur Verfügung – ideal auch für Fahrräder oder Sportausrüstung wie Skier.

The apartment is located in the city center - by foot to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025.
