An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, surrounded by grapevines, pomegranates, quince and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Newly build luxury villa with stunnig sea view in peaceful area overlooking Boka bay. The house is located in sunny slopes above Herceg Novi in one of most beautiful village Trebesinj. It was build with natural stone inside and outside. The interior has modern system of cooling and underfloor heating.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

We offer a comfortable 100m² duplex villa with a private pool and courtyard, equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for couples, family or friends looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet rustic area, but at the same time only a ten-minute drive to the Old Town of Kotor. The apartment offers a beautiful view of our bay.
