Vacation rentals with beach access in Zelenika

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We loved our stay here! If you want a taste of local life with a private beach, friendly neighbors, and a quiet getaway, this is your place. Risan is a smaller town away from the crazy traffic in Kotor. There were markets, a great gelato place, and two local restaurants that we really enjoyed. We had a rental car which made it easy to drive to visit Perast and Kotor, but we ended up so thankful we stayed here because it wasn’t covered in tourists and felt like a quiet oasis away from the crowds. Gorana and her parents were lovely! Helped us find a taxi one day and made us some sweets the next day. The view from Risan is incredible and we spent many evenings sitting by the sea. We 100% recommend and would come back and stay again.

Tijana’s place was wonderful! Great location and view! She was very responsive and even offered to print our bus tickets for us.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Davies apartment. To go to sleep with the sound of the sea and wake to that amazing view made our stay perfect. We loved the balcony for breakfast, and early evening drinks before going out. It was all very peaceful and relaxing. Davor suggested 3 restaurants and we visited each one. We found live music outside a bar on our last night which was really great, locals chatting to you and dancing in the streets that sort of thing really makes your holiday special. I would definitely recommend Davors apartment.

Perfect for our purposes. Best area for Kotor Bay, easy to reach by car or bus. The views are stunning!

This is a spotless apartment in a small complex located right on the town's coastal walkway. The views are excellent, and the nearby old Town centre is charming. There are a few nice beaches in walking distance. Dusan was there to meet us when we arrived and gave us some useful information during our stay in Herceg Novi. This is an excellent first stop in Montenegro.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic host and family. The best location in Kotor and easy travel into the old town. We will be back in no time.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. This is a great place to stay and the host is brilliant. The apartment is a short walk to the old town, harbour, shops, restaurants etc but is far enough away to be peaceful. Aleksander offered to pick us up.from the bus station if it was raining but luckily it stopped when we arrived. The apartment is well equipped ( unlike some other places I've stayed). It has a really good shower. This is an ideal place to stay in Kotor.

Feels like home; the furniture and kitchen appliances are relatively new.

Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!
