House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Guests can use barbecue, fast 4G wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV... There are two shops in the resort, two fast food cafés and a restaurant. The city of Zadar is 30 min. away

Unglaublich schön! Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Vor allem ist es sehr sauber. Die Terrasse und der Blick aufs Meer sind einmalig. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Nicht zu toppen ist aber die Lage. Man geht von der Unterkunft nur ein paar Stufen und ist am Meer und ganz für sich alleine. Man ist hier nicht gezwungen, sich mit anderen auszutauschen. Falls man aber doch Fragen hätte, könnte man sich jederzeit an den sehr zuvorkommenden Vater des Gastgebers wenden. (Wohnt im Nebenhaus). Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub, ohne Menschenansammlungen, mit tolles Ausblick sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Iva je bila odličan domaćin! Jako ljubazna i na raspolaganju za sve informacije. Stan je onakav kakav je i na slikama. Pozicija stana je malo izvan mjesta u kojima ima sadržaja, tako da se treba ići autom ako se želi nešto vidjeti ili posjetiti druge plaže osim 2 male plaže koja se nalazi nedaleko od kuće. Mjesto je popriličnom mirno i može se baš lijepo odmoriti. U donjem spratu kuće živi simpatična baka koja je usprkos nedaćama života uspjela zadržati osmjeh na licu i lijepu riječ! Preporučujem apartman za osobe koje žele mir udobnost po velikog apartmana! Idealno ako ste autom. Sretno!

Nakon provedenih par dana u Mekenzi kući moram reći da sam oduševljena cijelim iskustvom. Kuća je na odličnoj lokaciji doslovno je potrebno spustiti se stepenicama i u moru si. Pogled s terase obara s nogu. Smještaj je bio besprijekorno čist i uredan i u potpunosti odgovara fotografijama i navedenom opisu. Ono što definitivno nismo očekivali je kino na otvorenom. Ivan kao domaćin bio je izuzetno ljubazan, pristupačan i uputio nas je što u blizini možemo obići gdje dobro jesti i popiti. Tople preporuke. Definitivno se planiramo ponovo vratiti.

Mein Mann und ich haben mit unseren Kindern und unserem Hund neun tolle Tage in Dordes wunderschönem Ferienhaus genossen. Wir hatten in den drei separaten Wohnungen sehr viel Platz und alles war funktional und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders genossen haben wir den Balkon mit Meerblick im ersten Stock und den Garten im Innenhof, wo wir im Schatten der alten Olivenbäumen gegrillt haben. Außerdem durften wir das Kanu für Ausflüge auf dem Meer nutzen. Dorde war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der bei Fragen sofort geantwortet hat und uns viele Tipps für Erkundigungen in der näheren Umgebung gegeben hat. Da Dorde fließend Englisch spricht hat die Kommunikation reibungslos geklappt. Wiir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist klein aber fein. Für zwei Personen auf jeden Fall super. Großer Garten mit Terasse, Schaukel, Liegen und Whirlpool. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Man sollte ein Auto haben. Kleiner Supermarkt in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto und ein großer in 15min. Man kommt in 15 min. zum See, wo man sehr gut entspannen kann. Und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie Zadar sind in 30-60 min. erreichbar. In der Küche und im Bad ist viel Ausstattung vorhanden. Alles in allem ein schönes Plätzchen.

House Ivana with jacuzzi

Wir haben uns in Ivanas Haus sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist liebevoll bis ins letzte Detail eingerichtet und alles war bei unserer Ankunft vorbereitet. Unter anderem kühle Getränke im Kühlschrank und Snacks. Bevor wir anreisen, haben wir nach einem Hochstuhl für unser Kind gefragt und Ivana hat uns auch hier überrascht und uns extra einen Hochstuhl besorgt. Der Ausblick aus dem Whirlpool ist toll und die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig und angenehme Leute. Ivana war für uns immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Für den Aufenthalt ist ein Auto gut, da der Ort nur klein ist und bis Zadar sind es ca. 40 Minuten zu fahren. Für uns war es perfekt. Kleinigkeiten kann man aber auch in dem kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke kaufen, der sieben Tage geöffnet hat. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
