Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

The apartment with spacious living space is ideally suited for two people or small families. Fast WiFi is of course included free of charge. There is enough space to play and discover. Vehicles are available in the yard, and the garden can be discovered and relaxed in. An electric car can charge at our wallbox.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. This is the perfect halfway point for many traveling across Europe to stop and have a peaceful break. NO CLEANING FEES :) We provide garage parking direct at the apartment. Relax and enjoy your time here ! Located on a very safe and quiet street with no thru traffic. There are bike roads and hiking throughout the Steigerwald. We are 20 min. from Bamberg 20 min from Hassfurt This is a strict NO SMOKING home.
