Apartment vacation rentals in Zaton

The apartment was bright, light and we enjoyed our stay there. We particularly liked the outside verandah with lovely views over the sea. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure from the shower. Not far from the apartment was a small beach you could walk to and swim at. We really appreciated the car park spot provided and although the spot was shared with another group, it was manageable to get into the garage. The main bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the sea. The apartment also has a washing machine which was great for us to use. The host, Katica gave us some great restaurant recommendations, one a short drive from the apartment - Konaba Kasar which I highly recommend. Zaton is a lovely area and this place with the parking is a great place to base yourself if you have a car.

We had a great stay in Zaton! Vicko's sense of hospitality and generosity are hard to beat - he is definitely one of the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had! To top it off, the surroundings are breathtaking. It was nice to be close to Dubrovnik while staying in a much more quiet and peaceful area. I highly recommend staying at Vicko's place :)

Very good stay at Jadranka's, very welcoming, full of small touches and good tips to suggest sightseeing in the area. Authentic apartment, clean, very pleasant to stay in with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Direct access to swimming at the bottom of the stairs in a clean and clear sea... Super... Note, however, the presence of the road that goes all around the bay and which at times disturbs the tranquility of the place... Hvala ti na svemu i stretno...

This small appartement was a great place to stay in during our 3 days in Dubrovnik. First we were checked in by Marija parents who are very very lovely kind people may god bless them . The apparemment is not too far from Dubrovnik if you have a car , the is a very calm less touristy beach 5 mins from the apparemment where you can swim and enjoy the beautiful sights of the nature. The appartment was fully equipped with everything we needed , and last but not least the view from the appartement was outstanding, the mix between the blue see and the green mountains is just incredible. I strongly recommend this place and i will definitely be comming back .

Very clean apartment, with everything you need! Ira was very kind to buy some groceries because we arrived with Easter. The swimming pool and the garden are very nice. And the view is breathtaking! Zaton Veliki is a peaceful village. We had diner at both of the two restaurants and the food was good. Beach Stikovica was such a nice beach for me and my son. Make sure you have water shoes to protect your feet. From the beach you’re able to watch the sunset. And Dubrovnik you have to visit and experience the Old Town and its historical buildings. Beautiful place. Lovely decor and loads of room for us and the dog. Not a lot of local food options, but with reliable taxi services to Dubrovnik didnt really make any difference. Would highly recommend Divo and his beautiful place

Paulo’s place was perfect for our first stay in the Dubrovnik area. It is peaceful, quiet, and a great place to relax! We used Uber to get around. It was easy and convenient for our stay. Paulo was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed and we loved his restaurant recommendations! Our favorite part about Paulo’s place were the lush outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. I would definitely consider Paulo’s place again, if I’m in the area.

we enjoyed a weeks stay here, everything was great, from the communication of our arrival time, to davorka providing a map and information on the area. the view is absolutely stunning from the private balcony. you can get the no 8 bus right outside to go to town or walk the 15 mins. if you dont want to walk back up, you can walk up to a stop near the cable car station that should only take a few minutes. pero arranged a taxi for us to the airport, which made life easier. the apartment was clean and feels spacious and not a lot of stairs! thank you both for a wonderful stay, i hope you liked the scottish gifts we left as a small token of thanks. we would definitely come back. x

Very relaxing stay! Truly what a vacation should be! I can’t thank him enough in helping me achieve what I was looking for our first trip to Croatia. He went above and beyond. He arranged boat tour, tour to Mostar, etc., gave me a map of the Old town and explained everything from A to Z. The apt is very clean & spacious. 2 BR with king beds. All white new linens ! Appliances are all new and in working condition. Furnitures are minimalist and functional. Lighting-so many options throughout the apartment. The balcony is spacious and the view is breathtaking. The area is so quiet and peaceful tucked away in a private area that you can walk to the bay, no tourists around and just birds chirping and nice breeze of fresh air. It’s so serene. Bus stop few steps away, accessible by Uber, two small and big markets, 3 resto. Our favorite are Vala and Dandy. Fresh seafood and grilled to perfection. We walked every evening and relax at the restaurant facing the bay. One of my best vacation ever💕

We were in a huge shock, because for the first time we were met as if by parents. Everything is provided, clean, light, smells good. I want to recommend this place with all my heart. And it is not worth this money, it costs much more. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We did not need to buy anything extra, there was everything we needed and even more. You can contact the owner with any questions. He is like a superhero, he knows everything and will help. We are incredibly happy that we chose this place.

It was exactly what we were looking for. A nice and quiet place, with easy access to the most urban part. The view from the terrace is a beauty. Maro was attentive to our needs.

Just back from a great holiday. May 2025. The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. Close to the main pedestrian walk and also the bus stop for getting in to the old town. Our host gave us some good restaurant recommendations, we also thought Shelby’s (down at the harbour) and Scala were good. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and lovely helpful host. Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Beautiful view. Aircon working properly. Nice jacuzzi. Clean. Good kitchen. Great location. Soline is far less touristy than the areas nearby. Also you could’nt hear the road next to, only nature voices. Staff is friendly. Made us feel welcome. Recommended.

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Simoneta is a perfect host. Could not ask for a more helpful accomodating lady who went out of her way to make the stay great. Gave us lots of help in restaurant and transport suggestions. The handover was totally comprehensive. Everything supplied in the apartment for every appliance , outstanding. Hot tub fantastic and apartment beautifully presented . Totally recommend to anyone. However the walk to the property is reasonably steep so if you are not good on your feet bear that in mind.

Great location, across the street from the harbor. Easy access to public transport to the Old Town.

We had an amazing stay at Davor’s apartment, it was clean, very well organised, a topnotch view from the balcony and good location. I definitely recommend it and would stay once again if I’m back to Dubrovnik.

Super host, good amenities, especially appreciated the jacuzzi. Great location if you have a car, tho local transport is also handy.

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The surroundings are perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and almost right outside the front door. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!
