On the 2nd floor, a 120 m² apartment for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen, private entrance in a residential building with 4 apartments and a plot of 20000 m², very quiet in a park-like complex, access to the swimming pond with a beautiful sitting area. 2 parking spaces, and a quick connection to Travemünde and Hamburg, we live where others go on vacation! The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

Direkt an einem malerischen Sees erwartet dich ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Tiny Haus, umgeben von blühender Natur. Die vielen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und bieten einen wunderbaren Blick ins Grüne. Ein gemütliches Bett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Esstisch machen den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel.

Small cozy place with separate entrance

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away).
