All'esterno offre una bellissima terrazza con tavolo, sdraio e accesso a un grande giardino, ideale per i più piccoli, dove possono giocare e divertirsi in mezzo alla natura che li circonda.

The house is located in a quiet and reserved position a few meters from the sea, 3 km from the village of San Vito, between the ancient Tonnara and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. It enjoys direct, private and exclusive access to the sea. It accommodates up to 6 adults and 1 child. It is spread over two levels and is surrounded by a large garden and a lawn. An ideal place to immerse yourself in nature and let yourself be lulled by the sound of the sea!
