Staying at María’s place was truly a wonderful experience. She’s one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met — always sweet, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The place was just as described, super clean and cozy, and the building staff and security guards were also incredibly nice and welcoming. I had a small personal mishap during my stay, and María handled the situation with so much understanding and grace. I’m really grateful for how supportive she was — it meant a lot. Honestly, her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you so much, María, for everything. I would absolutely love to stay again if you'll have me!

La estancia fue muy agradable, accesible y seguro para entrar y salir la terraza estaba de maravilla y todo el lugar estaba limpio y nuevo

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

El apartamento es exactamente como la descripcion, muy comodo y con todo lo que puedes necesitar, muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones. El edificio es muy seguro, con guardia de seguridad las 24hrs. Me senti verdaderamente como en casa. Muchisimas gracias nuevamente Harmonie.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ¡Una experiencia increíble! Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). Súper limpio, bien equipado y con una decoración encantadora que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos, pero lo suficientemente tranquila como para descansar. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Se notaba que se preocupa mucho por ofrecer una gran experiencia. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100%!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hosts provided very clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, which made everything super easy. We used their guidebook to explore local food spots and attractions, and it was really helpful. We also discovered a nearby restaurant that wasn’t on the list called Toasti – Grilled Cheese and Beer, definitely worth checking out! Would absolutely stay here again.

Lugar limpio, seguro y muy cómodo, con excelente anfitrión. El alojamiento cuenta con un mini súper en frente, el cual vende desayunos. La calle siempre está tranquila; puede caminar de noche sin temor alguno. Hay muchos lugares cerca (7-Eleven, cine, restaurantes, etc.), por lo cual no es obligatorio moverse en auto. El anfitrión diario contesta dentro de unos minuto- realmente es muy atento y accesible. Inclusive ofrecen bebidas de cortesía🤩. Definitivamente volvería a alojarme aquí 100% recomendado!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

El departamento era tal cual como se veía en las fotos, muy cómodo y con una vista muy hermosa de la ciudad, Eduardo y Elizabeth siempre estuvieron al pendiente desde antes de mi entrada y durante el proceso de llegada. Algo que nos pareció curioso fue el elevador de autos, que al principio pensamos que no íbamos a caber porque mi camioneta es grande, pero cupo perfectamente. Recomiendo este alojamiento. 👍🏼

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí y sin duda lo seguiremos haciendo... Es muy tranquilo el lugar y tiene seguridad.... Las camas super cómodas donde puedes tener un buen descanso.... Super cerca del consulado y no tan retirado de Andares.....

El departamento en general estaba muy bien, limpio, bonita iluminación y con todo lo necesario para estar hasta incluso bien pensando con los detalles, como una bocina, juegos de mesa, etc Los anfitriones unos lindos, apoyándonos en todo incluso después de haber hecho el check out Lo recomiendo mucho

This was our 7th year visiting Guadalajara during the summer, and this is by far my favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The location is perfect, the street is quiet, the building is secure, the apartment is beautiful and clean. I can’t wait to stay here again. Pro tip: have a drink on the rooftop at sunset. It’s beautiful.

Me gustó mucho el departamento tal ves faltaron algunas cosas pero en general bien, otro dato es que si quieren hacer uso de asadores se tiene que pagar una cuota de 500 pesos adicionales a la administración del edificio pero en general el departamento en muy buenas condiciones

Wonderful place, that felt like a home!! Close enough to everything but far away to not hear late at night!! Gym is great like a personal gym on the rooftop! Security guards also very nice an helpful! The cafe connected is a great option, there is also a good resturant accross the street and 7-11 around the corner! Absolutely would stay here again!!!!!

Omg we loved our stay at Ricardo’s place! The apartment is exactly as depicted, beautiful, clean, comfy and walking distance to a lot of establishments- restaurants, cafe shops, grocery stores. It is safe, and that was important because we had my small pup with me so it was easy to walk my dog at night. The pool was big plus as well! It was such a relaxing experience. Ricardo was helpful, attentive, and responded quickly. I def recommend staying here!
