The space was better than in the photos, I was the first to stay in the renovated loft. Hot water, air conditioning, WiFi, all the amenities working perfectly, the bed was very comfortable. Pepe is a warm person with a sincere interest in making the stay ideal for his guests. The neighborhood is safe, and with a lot of restaurants as well as a supermarket across the street. I recommend it 100%.

The loft was excellent. It is located in a very walkable side of town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The loft was quaint and secure with double locks so you can feel secure knowing your belongings and you are safe. I definitely recommend this place!

A very nice room and right in the center, a few blocks from all the squares and tourist places. The bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom is very good, a very nice and comfortable room. For the entrance, you just have to follow the instructions well and everything is ok. I really liked it.

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice area, pretty quiet, cute place with a small terrace. If you have any mobility issues at all, the caracol and stairs inside will be too much. I'd stay here again for sure.

Luis' apartment is beautiful and cozy, very well decorated and with a spacious layout. With its location in Colonia Americana we were nearby many restaurants, cafés, and bars that made for a lovely stay.

I stayed here for 10 days. The employees who work here from the secure guards to the Maintenace people were super friendly and helpful. The space was exactly what I needed, washing machine, clean, bathroom with rain shower. Location is close to a market (Soriana) and walkable towards restaurants, gyms and dry cleaners I always felt safe and the location was perfect for my uber trips to the concert at Telmex auditorium, charros baseball game or just visiting family in Guadalajara.

Nice little studio, in a nice relaxed part of town very private, great if you have a car since you can park under the building. The bedroom upstairs is nice with a tv. and A/C. They were very understanding when I arrived an hour late for check out and cleaning lady was courteous enough to bring down my thing to the couch as she had to do her job. Only thing being I wish there was a tv downstairs and just being careful walking down the stairs in socks since they’re slick metal steps. But overall very quiet with minimal noise from the train around noon
