The outdoor pool is constantly maintained. The private wellness area with a kitchenette is available. We welcome those who want to relax, unwind and have fun. However, parties are not allowed in our accommodation.

We have preserved the old buildings: the residential house and the barn have been reborn as a modern, comfortable, refined guest house. The old barn has become an apartment with a private bathroom. Covered terrace, dining set, barbecue.

Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.
