In the morning, when you wake up, a thousand birds wish you a good morning.

I recommend it primarily to guests who are demanding of their environment and are looking for peace and comfort.

Our stylish, cozy apartment is located in one of the buildings of the enclosed residential park between the Batthányi Castle and the mansion. The apartment is well equipped, has 2 bedrooms and an American kitchen living room opens onto a quiet little terrace. A few hundred meters away, in the castle park, there is also a wellness, swimming pool, sauna and tennis court. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the nearby Zala Springs Golf Club offers golf and wellness facilities for those looking to relax.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

The Sky Luxury Suite is a Mediterranean romantic luxury apartment designed exclusively for two people. With a 360° view of the city center, Lake Balaton and Festetics Castle. The apartment has a private jacuzzi and sauna. Our room service pampers our guests with cocktails, hookahs, and other refreshments. The price does not include breakfast, it can be requested separately. Two electric scooters provide transportation in Keszthely.

Gyöngy Apartment

Our two-room apartment with balcony is located on the first floor of a condominium building a few minutes from the city center, yet in a quiet location (no elevator). The entrance is monitored by a security camera from the outside. Parking is free in front of the house, but it is also easily accessible by public transport. Nearby restaurants and sports facilities and playgrounds await you and your children in the adjacent park.

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

Cheerful fully renovated 3 bedroom house

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!

You'll be close to everything when you stay in this central yet quiet place. Pleasant view from the balcony, equipped kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bed, large Smart TV, work corner. In addition to the accommodation fee, a tourist tax of 500 HUF/person/night (IFA) must be paid in Zalaegerszeg. This can be done on-site in cash or by bank transfer.
