On the island of the island of Stockholm archipelago is this charming newly built wooden villa of 80 sqm with over 100 sqm terrace around the house and a Jacuzzi which is heated all year round! A fantastic location with proximity to grocery store (2 km), the harbor/restaurant (300 m) and steamboat dock (300 m). Soccer field, cinema, outdoor gym, Church, boule court, paddle court/mingling golf with restaurant is also available on the island. Open-plan with a cozy fireplace and large projector+TV. A place suitable for both elderly, younger and families with children!

Welcome to stay next door with moose and deer. In this little cozy house you live on a private plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large terrace around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to bathing jetty and 800 meters to cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a cooker, oven, fridge & microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a fireplace.

Wood stove at the house and one out. Wood is available. You come by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or with one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Our wonderful cottage is known from Astrid Lindgren's iconic TV series Saltkråkan and is suitable for friendgroups, the couple in love or a family with kids. Cottage is located on a large estate, only 10 minutes walk from the ferry stop and 5 min to our private jetty located on the public sandy beach. Endast en kort bilfärd till vackra vandringsleder i naturreservatet i Riddersholm samt till passbåten i Refsnäs för utflykter till närliggande öar. Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!
