There were 10 of us and we all really enjoyed the accommodation, we had a lovely weekend! The cottage is very beautiful, with wide open spaces. It feels like it's been carefully renovated. The number of bathrooms allowed us a smooth organization which is much appreciated when there are so many of us. Claire and are husband are very welcoming and accessible. In short, we highly recommend!

Quintessential French Country We could not recommend a place more! We absolutely loved our stay at Celine's listing, which was perfect after a few very busy days in Paris sightseeing. We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. And Celine was the best hostess we have ever met! Charming, in every way.

Very nice house, quiet and very well equipped

Very good weekend in Martina's house, who always answered our questions, pleasant house and garden.

Very nice accommodation, well-equipped and exemplary cleanliness. The environment is very quiet. Parking the vehicle on public property and right in front of the rental access, making it easy to unload/load luggage. The location of the rental allows easy and quick access to all the famous places in the region. Christine was available and gave good tips throughout our stay.

Very nice little house, close to the beach and shops. The house is clean, spacious and well appointed. there is everything you need for a good stay. the bedding is comfortable. The very cute garden. the location is central to visit nearby towns. Morgane is a discreet but very responsive host.

"It's a blue house" (as the song says) very nice, 2 steps from the beach and restaurants, in a super quiet area, with a small garden not overlooked. You can nap in peace! There is nothing missing and there are even two bikes available for long rides. Our stay was really nice. Thanks to Béatrice and Mary for their warm hosting. We would highly recommend this listing. Beautiful house in a great location, quiet. The house is very clean, with all the necessary amenities and beautifully decorated. Jonathan is very accommodating and responsive, ideal. We had a great time with the family.

Small house tastefully furnished, quiet, a little small, small culinary attention for the arrival, lack of space however for a family with 2 children

accommodation as described. A small enclosed courtyard where we can eat quietly out of sight. We'll be back with pleasure.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Ideal location right on the Atlantic bike path. Good signage and marked bike paths. The islands are easily accessible by bike. A dream for touring cyclists. You can then relax in the well-maintained whirlpool.

Great hospitality from our host, with his nice smile. Mélanie is responsive, available and gave us some great tips on restaurants and activities to discover on the island. The accommodation is close to the city center, with its covered market, where you can buy fresh produce, close to a supermarket, colorful fishermen's huts, the citadel... The accommodation is very clean, well arranged, tastefully decorated, well equipped and air-conditioned. The bedding is extremely good. We have stayed several times on the island, which we love very much. We'll be happy to come back to Mélanie and Nicolas's.
