This was such a great place to stay. A stylish, well equipped & well loved home in a really special location. Highly recommended. The only downside for us was the full moon that spoiled the star gazing!

A true highlight among our many stays in the Pioneertown area, this property boasts an amazing location with unparalleled views, offering the quiet, peaceful, and serene environment we wanted. Being under a mile from Red Dog Saloon, our absolute favorite local spot for dining and drinks, was incredibly convenient. What initially appeared as a bold rock and roll aesthetic online revealed itself to be a surprisingly inviting and relaxed ambiance in person. The overall desert landscaping on the property was incredible, and the outdoor fireplace was an absolute game-changer our favorite feature, perfect for star-gazing nights. Our hosts were very responsive and thoughtfully checked in on us. While we did encounter some issues with bugs in every room, these were small points in an overall great stay. The unique charm, excellent outdoor space, and superb location made this a truly memorable and restorative stay

We stayed at the Airbnb for four nights, and it was wonderful. We encountered three issues during our stay, and our host, Maggie, was very responsive either resolving the problems or offering alternative solutions. The Airbnb was clean and matched the photos provided. I appreciated all the thoughtful details and the high end pieces that the host carefully selected for the home. Before booking, as well as during our stay, Maggie was quick to respond to all of my questions. If we visit Joshua Tree again, we would definitely rebook.

Phuong’s place was absolutely adorable & perfect getaway oasis. I loved that the home was the last one on top of the hill which gave my partner & i full privacy. Her directions were clear and she would check in from time to time to make sure all of our needs were met & to ensure our comfortability. The home was even better than expected when we arrived i wish i would’ve booked a longer stay! Amazing stay with Heather! This place is gorgeous and peaceful. We had a calm 2 weeks just enjoying the desert and nearby activities. Heather made it all so easy for us.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning everything was. The house is impeccably decorated—stylish, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. One of the absolute highlights was the pool—absolutely amazing! It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether we were lounging in the sun or enjoying a swim, it quickly became our favorite spot. Every room in the house was spotless and well-appointed, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making this place special. We truly loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

I was in town for a family emergency and KCs place was just 3 short minutes from my destination. The beds were comfy, it was quiet, clean and for my needs was perfect. It was so perfect I extended my stay a couple nights! Thank you.

With extremely little to no light pollution, Inge and Fred’s listing was the absolute perfect, secluded place we could’ve picked for our last minute trip to stargaze and catch the milky way! I loved how they anticipated and provided us with clear directions and tips so we were able prepare and find our way to and around the studio with absolute no issue. The studio was very clean, well thought out, and so so cozy, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. The outdoor space is nicely sectioned off with a grill and lounger chairs offering total privacy and the most breathtaking views of the night sky and sunrise. I would definitely stay again and am in fact looking forward for the next opportunity to do so!

Kerry Ellen’s place is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE 😍 We enjoyed how much attention to detail the studio displayed! Important information/ items were labeled and perfectly placed! The oversized tub was EXCEPTIONALLY ENJOYABLE😍 (side note: I wanted to use one of the complimentary bath bombs that were wrapped in plastic, I said to myself “Dang it, I have to go back inside to get something to take the wrapping off”…but to my surprise Kerry Ellen even had a little plastic tool located underneath the bath bombs that was/is to be used to remove the wrapping!) SUPER THOUGHTFUL😍 …QUITE, CLEAN AND PEACEFUL-AWESOME 10/10 EXPERIENCE 😍

We had an incredible stay at Tonelise’s place! She was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—no surprises, just as promised. It was the perfect place for my daughter’s graduation trip to explore the National Park. We loved waking up to a stunning sunrise and ended our nights with some of the most amazing stargazing we’ve ever experienced. Truly a perfect desert escape. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Staying here was a unique and memorable experience! The place was exactly as described—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature. You really feel completely secluded, which adds to the charm but can also feel a little spooky at times. But I’ll admit I’m a bit of a scaredy-cat when it comes to the dark, so that probably didn’t help! 😄 The howling of coyotes at night was mentioned in the description and that it just sounds close but is in fact probably miles away, but as Europeans we definitely underestimated how intense that can feel in person. Considering the relatively high cleaning fee, we found it a bit surprising that guests are still expected to take out the trash, do the dishes and put them away before checking out. All in all, we truly enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a special, off-the-grid experience.

My wife and I wanted a quick get-away where we can soak in a tub and indulge while taking in some peaceful scenery, and this was exactly what we were looking for. Check in was quick and easy and just as the instructions described. Getting into the unit was easy as well and the double sliding doors was absolutely amazing to have for the view. Pots, pans and mostly everything you’d need to run a kitchen is available. Macayla and Jon provided local coffee and wine along with a list of local restaurants, great surprise that we weren’t expecting but follows the theme of the unit as well. Great attention to detail and has everything you need. Perfect stay for us with nothing but positive things to say. My wife and I discussed it and we’ll absolutely be back. 10/10

Minimalist Magic Meets Mind-Expanding Moments This place isn’t just a stay—it’s a state of mind. Beautifully designed, perfectly remote, and absolutely tuned into the spirit of the desert. We came to hike, off-road, and reset—and ended up connecting on a whole other level. The stars were unreal, the silence was golden, and the space held us in all the right ways. Every detail felt thoughtful and grounding. We left clearer, lighter, and already dreaming about coming back.

Josh and Dons place was exactly as the pictures appeared. It was the cleanest and one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at through Airbnb! You will not be disappointed. I appreciated their house manual as well and the food recommendation for the Joshua hookah lounge did not disappoint! We enjoyed the proximity to Joshua tree national park and the quiet atmosphere around the property. Truly a place to relax and disconnect from all the other distractions of life.

Our stay at Jills House was Nothing but very pleasant, very clean , beautiful surroundings and lots of things to do nearby, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool would definitely stay here again.

This was my first Airbnb experience, and I'm so glad I chose this lovely home. It was easy to find, and its inside was spotless. You could tell the its owner put a lot of thought into the design! every little detail made it feel warm and homey. Both the bed and the sofa bed were super comfortable to sleep on. We even got to see starry nights, the Milky Way, and beautiful sunrises. Thank you!
