Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. A unique beachfront house with panoramic view over the Baltic Sea with a spacious porch to the south. 15 minutes walk to Hagestad Nature Reserve with forests, hills, meadows and fields and long white beaches with sand dunes. På Stallgatan 12A, så centralt det kan bli, hittar ni detta vackra korsvirkeshus med egen innergård. Lugnt och bekvämt läge, endast ett stenkast från gågatan och allt Ystad har att erbjuda. Entréplan bjuder på vardagsrum, badrum samt kök. På andra våningen finns ett trevligt allrum, toalett och 2 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng, våningssäng och liten balkong. Det andra med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa i anslutande rum. Ystad tågtation ligger 200 m bort och till stranden promenerar man på ca 10 min.

Fullt utrustat kök med öppen planlösning mot det inbjudande vardagsrummet. Här finns även en praktisk tvättavdelning med både tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En trappa upp väntar en rofylld sovdel med en dubbelsäng, två enkelsängar och en tältsäng, medan bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet på nedre plan kan ge ytterligare två sovplatser. Välkomna!

Mysigt lusthus samt två uteplatser med utsikt över ängar, fält och kohage. Lummig trädgård med rosor, hallon och kryddor. Parkering för 2-4 bilar. Det finns en gårdsbutik 100 m från huset. Vita huset på Brantevik Österlen

Ett fantasktiskt boende precis vid sandstranden på det vackra fiskeläget, Brantevik. Om harmoni och lugn ska placeras på ett ställe så är det här. Här väntar fantastiska promenad- och cykelvägar precis utanför dörren. Tar du dig söderut så får du uppleva det genuina Brantevik som övergår i det vackra "Grönet" som bjuder både på härliga bad vid klipphällar eller lugna, rofyllda promenader längs havet. Tar du dig norrut väntar en härlig gång- och cykelväg till det pittoreska Simrishamn.

Bo i centrala Ystad med gångavstånd till både restauranger, shopping och Ystads vackra strand. På bottenvåningen finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum, kök, toalett och badrum. På ovanvåningen finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng ett med två enkelsängar och ett badrum. Innergården är lummig och en liten del är avskild för boende i ägarnas mindre lägenhet. Tillgång finns till gratis garageparkering för en bil. Lakan och handdukar ingår inte. Slutstädning går att köpa till för 1000kr.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Vid Öresund

Nu har du chansen att slappna av och trivas i ett fantastiskt läge bara 25 meter från stranden. Du får en hänförande 180 graders utsikt över Öresund, Ven och Danmark. Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Cottage by the field

Enjoy the peaceful view of the fields and horses. Take a walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Östra Torp. The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space for BBQ and sunset hangout.
