My stay at the Rock House was incredible -- absolutely one of the most unique, spotless, adorned, and beautiful homes I've had the fortune to stay in. Tamela was proactively helpful, gracious, and curates a comprehensively equipped space -- everything you could hope for in an Airbnb host! I appreciated all of the touches that made my stay seamless, as well as the very comfortable beds. The location is also very peaceful, historic, and walkable. 10/10 stay; do yourself a favor and stay at the Rock House whenever you find yourself in the greater Detroit area!

We loved the Scio House! Jeff was very friendly and responsive. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of “extras” like breakfast bars, coffee, cooking oil, serving platters, etc. Our dog loved the fenced backyard! There were a few different seating options outside. We especially enjoyed sitting out there with our kids and the dog.

Great place, close to town. Easy access to freeways. Phenomenal response times and even replaced a coffee maker that died on Christmas Eve! Highly recommend and would most certainly stay again.

Dorothy is a wonderful host! She’s the type of host you hope you’ll get when you’re booking through Airbnb. Very friendly, understanding, and responsive! We had a few questions and needed some items during our stay and she went above and beyond to help. She also provides snacks and food, and there’s cute decor in the house which adds to the homey feeling. Beds are comfortable and shower has good water pressure and water stays hot. Lovely fenced in yard with deck to eat out on, and the place is easy to find and very close to downtown Plymouth. We felt very safe and comfortable here and will look for Dorothy’s other airbnbs in the future!

TLDR: Fantastic Airbnb, even better hosts, would stay again in a heartbeat. We had a bachelor party with 8 people and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the house. We were pleasantly surprised by its size and amenities. It matched the pictures and was quite clean. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location for doing activities all across Detroit, Auburn Hills, Novi, you name it. We shared a concern about linens/pillows from reading reviews and before our stay, they upgraded all of them around the house, such a nice touch that was very appreciated! Thus, we all got great sleep. The owners were extremely friendly and responsive, even after 1 am. Check in & check out were easy. Only a few recommendations such as reupholstering/replacing the living room couch as the padding is worn out, keeping a vacuum on site, and sweeping the garage to get leaves/debris out.

My stay at Gypsy Sands was a very positive experience. The host demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in the interior design and furniture placement, complementing the well-maintained exterior landscaping. The interior provided a remarkably cozy atmosphere, enhanced by a comprehensive selection of amenities, including games, dishes, a Keurig, crockpot, and an air fryer. The pre-loaded streaming apps on the TVs were a great touch, catering to guests of all ages. It's worth noting that the jacuzzi tub was not operational; however, Kim was transparent and honest about this when I inquired. The gender-neutral and calming decor contributed significantly to a comfortable, home-like ambiance. I also commend Kim's exceptional responsiveness to all communications.

I recently visited Windsor for a work trip and had a wonderful stay at the Bitcoin Building. Our unit was not only tastefully decorated but also equipped with all the essential items we needed. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony, which added a nice touch to our experience. The location couldn't have been better—just a short distance from Riverside, a variety of restaurants, and the casino. Additionally, Ray's communication was outstanding, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Navy Yard Flats. Prime location, beautiful unit, responsive host. Jason was lovely. Very helpful and went above & beyond. We liked the central location. Parking was manageable for us. Our boys loved playing in the park across the street and ice cream shop next door. I loved the cafes close by. If you are a light sleep or have Littles, I would bring a fan for the one bedroom. Overall it was a great stay and we will be booking again with Jason this summer.

This was my first Airbnb stay and it was great. The stairs are super steep, that’s my only concern because of my bad knee, but I’d still stay there again. The unit was very clean, organized and all the furniture was very comfortable. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The host was helpful and quickly responded. My flight was delayed almost 6 hours and he made sure the front light was on for me. 😊

It is one of the best locations and very well-maintained Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The host put every single detail into the onboarding and inside the property. We would like to go back to this property in the future.

Lizzie’s places was so clean and looked EXACTLY like the pictures. It felt just like home. This is by far my best air bnb experience. Also in a beautiful neighbor neighborhood!!! Highly recommend!!

On every front Natalia provides a 5-star accommodation. A super clean, super comfortable, private suite downstairs was everything I needed. Cleanliness and privacy in a peaceful, safe environment are my priorities. I very much look forward to staying there again.

Toilet seat downstairs was junk. Place was great though. Nice location. Easy to find. Convenient for the Russell industrial center

I wish we could had enjoy the downstairs uni more. Its quiet neighbourhood and the house was clean. I enjoyed the fire place. The house was alright. I enjoy looking out the window. The basement unit gets plenty of sun. ☀️ I love the nearby restaurants and scenery. We LOVED this area Walmart and farm shops.

Zarifa is simply the best host out there. Very responsive, attentive and polite. She truly wants your stay to be the best. I would book with her every time if I could!

I highly recommend this house. I spent a week there and found it to be very peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I’d also like to highlight how incredible Blessing is—attentive, kind, and always ready to help throughout my stay.

A great location for our trip to visit family in Grosse Pointe. We had a lovely stay, and will stay here again if we can.

It was our second time staying at Ian's place, we had a great time once again! Easy to find and in a nice and safe neighborhood. The small appartments make it easy to have privacy even when travelling as a group. Highly recommend!

This place absolutely perfect! Zoha and Samina went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I felt like I was at home. So close to all the places like food, mall, restaurants. The most important thing I loved is the garden, so so pretty and so much work put into it, nature is my favorite so I truly appreciate it, the view from my window was so so beautiful. The place was truly amazing, everything was so easy. Hosts let check out a little later cause I started work later in the evening and that was so sweet of them. If you want private, peaceful, homey neighborhood this one’s for you. They literally have everything you need. Both Zoha and Samina are so kind and thoughtful, cannot recommend it enough. Definitely coming back!!! Thank you so such a wonderful hospitality!

I had a wonderful time staying at Leah's place for my birthday getaway. The house was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything I needed to feel at home. The added touch of dog treats was a pleasant surprise! However, I did notice some minor issues—there was leftover garbage in the kitchen bin, and there were a few insects in and around the house, which is understandable given the cottage setting. The hot tub and some outdoor amenities, like the open shed, also had larger spiders, which made it a bit challenging to use the kayaks and hot tub as much as I’d hoped. Despite these small concerns, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
