Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Yorkshire

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location, we spent a long weekend here celebrating my partners 30th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrew and Phillipa were perfect hosts and even left us a lemon drizzle cake on arrival which was a lovely touch. The view is incredible with such peaceful surroundings, allowing us to fully rest and recharge. We hope to visit again sometime

We had a lovely stay at Tethera Nook with our dog Luna! Emma and Craig were brilliant and it was lovely to see them working so hard on their gorgeous garden while we were there! It provided a lovely place to sit with a drink in the mornings! Their very friendly dog Capone always happy to come and say hello! It felt very private the whole week, walking distance to Kendal town, and we even hiked up to Scouts Scar which was recommended in the guide book (the views definitely did not disappoint). Tethera nook had everything we needed for our stay and with it being extremely hot the fan was an added bonus in keeping us and our dog cool! The eggs and veg that Emma leaves out is incredible and the little gifts of brownies, gin and jams on our arrival kept us going for the whole week! Everything was just perfect for our relaxing week away in the lakes, with close links to the rest of the national park! We would absolutely stay here again!

Juliet’s place is absolutely beautiful. So peaceful, beautiful and very easy to get to Ilkley and surrounding areas! Juliet and her husband have been amazing always making sure I’ve got everything I need. Very knowledgeable and friendly made me feel very welcome and at home. I’ll definitely go back next year and hopefully they will host me again Thank you both

We had an amazing stay at Vicky & Alex’s cottage. The house was fantastically equipped and beautifully decorated. Very comfy beds with high quality linens. Perfect for a girly hiking weekend away! Thank you so much - we will be back!

I booked this stay for my mum and partner who were over the moon with their time spent here. They came back and told me they thought it was such a beautiful accommodation, with stunning surroundings. Perfect for find a little respite, peace and quiet. They were delighted with how much was provided at the accommodation, Sarah had thought of everything. They felt incredibly welcome and throughly enjoyed their stay, they’d definitely return! Thank you Sarah for providing such a lovely home for their stay!

Garden Nook is a beautiful accommodation in a peaceful setting. Lisa and Paul thought of all the personalised touches. The Garden Nook was impecabily clean and we were made to feel extremely welcome. We hope to be back in the future and would highly recommend.

The location was 10/10 - next to the train station. The home had everything we needed, all the kitchen appliances and everything you’d need for a short stay. The outdoor area is so so lovely, the flowers and greenery make it very relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic!

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

A really beautiful apartment with incredible views. Clean and comfortable. It was a haven to return to after a busy day. There are great walks right from the door. Ripponden is a beautiful village with very friendly people. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, Suzanne and Ian who were there to meet me and explained how everything worked. Welcome pack a nice bonus and very much appreciated after a long drive. Flat was beautiful, light and airy but at the same time, homely and welcoming. Very peaceful location and felt very safe there, something very important to me as a female guest staying on my own. Great communication and the few queries I had during my stay were answered very quickly. Local shop within walking distance for anything you might need and a coffee shop which looked very inviting and a must try venue for next time. All-in-all, a wonderfully relaxing stay.

WOW....what a place! Just returned from a lovely weekend in this beautiful cottage and courtyard. We have never stayed in a place so clean and pristine. Felt right at home straight away. Full of beautiful furniture and items. I didn't want to leave. Would highly recommend***** Perfect location for beautiful Ripon, pubs, restaurants, Fountains Abbey and surrounding areas. Can't not fault it, we will hopefully be back one day 🙏🏼

The basement apartment was as described - spacious, clean and well equipped, in a peaceful suburban location. It was good to have space on the drive to park the car; checking in was straightforward. We appreciated the comfortable beds after exploring the local area during the day. And there's a fine selection of restaurants. Tom was quick to respond. A great place to stay!

Had an amazing time at Holmdene in the Peak District. was perfectly located for all the walking and trips/tours we wanted to do in Castleton. Charlotte & Stuart were wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly on arrival and Charlotte gave us a detailed chat on all the walks we could do tho we didn't get to experience all of them in our short stay due to weather. We had a lovely evening in the pod with friends and we felt very at home in the apartment which was spotless and well equipped for all our needs and we would highly recommend Holmdene to anyone looking to stay in Castleton. we will definitely be back for more visits. This apartment is fantastic. Spacious & comfortable. A short walk to Scarborough front. The private garden with a place to eat breakfast or sip a glass of wine is absolutely perfect. Telma and her partner were warm and welcoming hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Great location quiet, easy to get to. We stopped just 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it had all you would need. Plenty big enough for 2 people with really comfy bed and large bathroom with walk in shower . Would definitely stay there again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Angus is a fabulous host, warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. His home is absolutely stunning, with decor that’s truly to die for. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making us feel instantly at home. Wirksworth is a charming village, full of independent shops and cosy cafés. As first time visitors to the Derbyshire Dales, this was the perfect introduction, and we’re already looking forward to returning soon.

Highly recommended. We’ll certainly book again when visiting Malton.

That saying “The Pictures don’t do it justice” is exactly true for Diane’s apartment - the pictures looked beautiful but the reality is even better. Very clean and everything you need. Great location and such a beautiful town with friendly people - we got the train into York one day, the station was less than a 10 min walk (station cafe is AMAZING) - all in all a great stay and hope we can come back again soon - thanks Diane! X

Excellent apartment, we stayed for the week as we were going to a wedding in Harrogate. The apartment was so central to everything, the bus station, the train station, and the main shopping area. The apartment itself was equipped to the highest standard, and the extras Maureen provided were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this area. And I would certainly book this place again when visiting Harrogate. Thank you to the host Maureen, your home was beautiful.

We had a fantastic 4 day visit to the beautiful city of York based on Jenny's well located listing. Very rare spot at the center of it all, with large, excellent, Marks and Spencer grocers right out the front door. All the excitement of adjacent narrow passage ways through the Shambles. One of the best parts of being so close was the easy ability to wander through in the morning hours, before the other many tourists visiting York begin to crowd in. Comfortable flat, super-friendly and communicative host.

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

come for a short stay with my family and had an excellent experience all around ! I was especially surprised at the quality of the fit out. Almost unesasarily high quality which was fantastic. grohe bathroom fixtures, integrated Bosch combi microwave which must have cost over a grand just for a microwave. wine chiller (these cost a fortune most air bnbs just have a fridge) worktop was high quality resin or marble. solid wood beds with nice mattresses. even had decent size LG TV's in each room as opposed to the customary air BnB tiny ghettotronic 5000 TV's. my 2 year old kept saying "can we stay at different house, I like different house more than our house" would defiantly come again for longer next time !
