Koi pond in the backyard is fenced for young guests. Guests ages 2 and under do not need to be counted in guest count. Entire house is yours during your stay. Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and the Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland. It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is an additional cottage directly above, where you may hear noise if occupied. A dog (poodle) might come by and say hello. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds & outdoor fountains.
