Fully furnished tiny home located in the heart of historic old town San Dimas. Our tiny home is within walking distance of downtown where you’ll find Local coffee shops, Antiques shops, historical sites, restaurants and museums. This tiny home sits directly behind our home that was built in 1894 and is centrally located just a few miles from all surrounding universities , the foothills, the Fairplex and about 30-45 minutes from Disneyland and most SoCal attractions. Tropical Escape in the ❤️of Southern California

Home features three bedrooms. Master has a king bed and bath with glass block rain shower. Second and Third bedrooms have queen size beds. Living space has a full sized futon for a another couple if desired. Open kitchen, dining and granite bar seating all connected for cooking and entertaining. Or do it all outside at the built in Palapa with barbecue, fridge, television and seating for eight. Large rock pool and jacuzzi. The waterfall and palm trees finish the tropical feel of the backyard.

This Cottage is a unique space on a beautiful equestrian property! Space offers a comfy bedroom and spacious bathroom....240 SQ FT!! Minutes from the 5/55/91 freeway and Only 8 miles away from Disneyland and Anaheim Stadiums! This quaint guest house has a very comfy king bed and an air mattress (if needed please let me know). Beautiful walk in tile shower access to wash the day away. Guests have access to the garden, patio, and gas fire pit. There is a private entrance and I welcome all people from all walks of life. If you are booking this space for someone else please get prior approval. You will assume all risk for them and are responsible for getting them the check in instructions.
