Booked this location for its quality pictures of an aesthetically pleasing apartment and its affordable pricing. Prior to and during my trip, host responded in a timely manner. Check-in and check-out was flexible. Keep in mind this location is located on K St. next to bars and restaurants, perfect if u want to go out! Ended up staying in and watched a movie in the cozy living room, the outside noise wasn’t a bother. Kitchen has the basic necessities/dishes. What I really liked was the cleanliness of the bathroom including the shower/tub! Would book again!

Great location cute studio. The staff was amazing. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat had paint on it and looked like it was twenty years old. I told my wife I was going to go to home Depot and purchase and install one. I did not but the owner should. Fantastic location and I highly recommend it.

This is the second year we have stayed in the Silverado complex. The location and the facilities are great. The complex is well maintained and very quiet at night. The only downside is that the landscaping crew begins hours of work early in the morning. If you want to sleep in, this is not the place. Value for money, I don't think you can do better for this great location.

This is a beautiful location, not far from the river and downtown area. The market in the resort has coffee and sandwiches as well as some wonderful pastries. Also don’t forget to check out the stars ! They are amazing !

My only complaint was the finicky door lock. Each time it took 3-4 times of punching in the TEN digit code to get it to click and gain access. All else was super.

Aj is a great host, communicative, friendly with my ESA animal (cat) which is very important to me, promptly answered all my queries during my long stay. The location is near the airport, so some sounds from aircrafts (landing and taking off) are to be expected, but it was not a big deal for me (and this airport is not is not very crowded per se, almost no traffic during the night hours). The neighborhood is quiet (edge of the city), there is a big park and a free tennis court nearby. A lot free of on street parking. Travel time to downtown and neighbor towns is within 30 min which is convenient if you need to go there often. In general, I enjoyed my stay.

A community swimming pool is surrounded by vibrant red flowers and lounge chairs. The pool is framed by several buildings in the background and is complemented by a clear blue sky with soft clouds, creating an inviting outdoor space.

We are a family of 8 stayed for almost a week and felt right at home. The backyard is amazing with pool, hot tub, and entertainment area. The house is immaculate and has everything you can possibly need. The bonus playroom was great for the young adults. The host Alysia is very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this home and hope to return one day.
