Stay here. I booked Colleen's place for an extended stay (almost 6 weeks) and it was perfect. Cozy (but not too small!), private, clean, well-supplied, well- and thoughtfully-appointed, lots of sunshine, quiet street, conveniently located. And then there's the patio. Cute, comfortable, just enough sunshine, great place for morning coffee, a good book and great conversation. Colleen was easy to communicate with and always responsive. I highly recommend staying at Colleen's place.

The Cozy Casita ~ Near UC Davis & Airport

My husband and I live on site with our family and have lived in Woodland for over 15 years. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located casita / in-law suite. The space has its own private entrance, 1 bedroom with comfy queen bed, 1 full bath, kitchen, full size washer and dryer and a sofa that pulls out to a bed. Near Davis (10 minutes to UC Davis), Sacramento and the Sacramento International Airport (15 mins).

Our 550 sq private studio is a short drive away from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a two car garage in our backyard which is next to a beautiful open field. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for our guests to enjoy their seasonal fruit. Our guests can use their own washer and dryer and bikes are free to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful accommodation. I stayed here for almost two months as I was a visiting PhD student at UC Davis. The place is clean and you get to have a separate bathroom and bedroom for yourself. An ideal place for a student. And I got to visit their lovely restaurant situated in Davis downtown area. The food there is very nice. Nanda and his wife are extremely hospitable. I would recommend this place.

This is my first experience staying at an Airbnb and let me say that this set the bar HIGH. Annie was so quick with responses and so very friendly. Everything was incredible. The beds were so comfy and there were so many things available that just made it feel like home. Several snacks were provided, waters, all types of streaming platforms, bathroom necessities were provided as well. If I had a question the response was almost immediate. Such incredible hosts! If I ever have the opportunity to return to Cali then this will be my first choice of places to stay. Absolutely loved staying here and fully recommend it!
