The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

Near Davis (10 minutes to UC Davis), Sacramento and the Sacramento International Airport (15 mins).

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with several grocery stores and shopping centers within a 10 minute walk. UCDavis is about 10 minutes by bike, and there are buses available within a few blocks.
