Vacation rentals with lake access in Yolo County

This is a fantastic place to stay! We’ve visited twice: first when our son started at the CHP Academy and again six months later for his graduation. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the CHP Academy. The house is two stories, with two sets of stairs. The second set, leading from the family room, is less steep and easier for my 82-year-old father to navigate. It consists of a few steps leading to a landing before a couple more steps upstairs. There are four bedrooms located on the upper floor, with no bedrooms on the ground floor. While garage access isn’t available, we could easily park our new Pacifica in the driveway. Note that there are no sidewalks in the neighborhood. Richard, the host, is extremely responsive and a wonderful host! We would definitely stay here again, 100%!

we are just dazzled with this place. The home layout worked wonderfully and the home is spacious. Everything was just perfect for our stay. We appreciated the games and the well equipped kitchen. All the rooms were cozy and spotless. The home is inviting and on a beautiful lake as backyard. The whole neighborhood is so quiet and friendly, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Thank you very much to Slav as the Airbnb was just as listed, easy to check in. No problems at all with this Airbnb as I will come for my next getaway. Very easy to maneuver around the area as the event was nearby, and not to mention bomb ass street tacos down the road for the taco lovers. Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

The stay was well worth the cost - the only thing that a bummer was the parking BUT it is clearly stated in the description, its just a matter of preference but everything waa fine - super quiet neighborhood. You can hear the train horn a couple a times a night but honestly wasnt a big deal. Would def stay here again.

It was great for our work trip

My husband and I came for a concert at Ace of Spades and Danny’s place was a great location! There was ample parking and the room was comfortable. Danny was there to help us find our room and afterwards was very responsive whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!
