Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yerevan

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

I loved staying at this place! Super clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was really kind and respectful such a great person. Thanks a lot for making my stay so pleasant. I’d absolutely come back again!

The apartment is lovely! It is a bright space, everything is new, and it is nicely set up for a comfortable stay. Having two full bathrooms is an added bonus. It is conveniently located for an easy walk to anything in central Yerevan, and because it faces the courtyard it is also quiet and serene. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Amazing places, very clean and quiet.

The place is spacious and very well equipped - perfect for a stay with children. Location is vert nice too: Yerevan centre is 15 mins walk, the subway is 5 mins walk. The host - Ara - responds within minutes and everything just works. Thank you Ara - we had a great time at your place!

The apartment was great, Vazgen was very accommodating for our arrival. There are many supermarkets and several grocery stores nearby. The air conditioning was nice. Hot water was sometimes complicated to adjust. Thanks to Vazgen for helping me carry the suitcases 😄

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Nice house near the center of Yerevan. 10 minutes by taxi without traffic. There is a metro, supermarket and shopping arcade nearby. There were 10 people, everything fit perfectly, even there were free spots. Overall, I liked it, we would come again. The first day was cold, but then the house warmed up and it was possible to walk at least in shorts with a t-shirt even at -10 on the street. The host immediately responded, took out an additional heater for the room without heating. But a little about the cons. Take all the slippers at once, the house is not clean enough to wear socks or bare feet. I also had to wash all the dishes before using it. The audibility is quite strong. If someone talks loudly in the dining room, then at least in the two rooms on the second floor, you can hear everything perfectly. One of the pleasant surprises is stable hot water. You won't often meet in Armenia. It's usually very hard to set the shower to the perfect temperature, everything is great here

Great apartment in a lovely, upscale location close to Victoria Park. Sona and her family were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely house that suited our family perfectly. Inside there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioners, TV, dishes. We were very comfortable. The only thing missing was the WiFi. The owner is very polite in kind, answered all questions.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

We loved being able to step out and instantly have access to so many fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, and great places to explore. It made our 3-day stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable, and we had plenty to do just within walking distance. Souren, the host, was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed. He was attentive, responsive, and took great care in ensuring we had everything we needed. His responsibility and attention to detail truly made a difference. Three of us comfortably stayed at Svetlana’s beautiful place and enjoyed our time immensely. Svetlana is very professional in her communication and ensured our check-in/out process was easy and coordinated. The apartment was fully stocked, cleaned, and appeared just as the pictures indicate. The apartment is in a very safe and populated area. Additionally, it was very spacious and more than enough room! The apartment is located in a beautiful spot in Yerevan, near Season’s park. The underground grocery store across the road is heavenly. Nearby, there are many amazing restaurants serving authentic Armenian food along with multiple cafes/coffee shops. You will never run out of things to do in Yerevan, and this cozy house gives you central access. You can feel the heart of the city from this house. Svetlana and her cohost, Gohar, are wonderful hosts who truly care about their guests experience. I hope to stay here again in the future, and I would recommend anybody to stay here!
